Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. When your order has been shipped, a separate email with tracking details will follow.

Orders placed during peak seasons (such as holidays, Black Friday, or sitewide sales) may experience longer processing times due to increased volume.

We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

2. Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes between 3–10 business days depending on the shipping address and courier availability.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on location, weather conditions, customs processing (if applicable), and unexpected courier delays.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for select destinations.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with reliable logistics providers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional carriers.

The choice of carrier depends on your location, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.

In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

4. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight/volume of the order.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $30 USD, applicable only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Free shipping does NOT apply to the following areas:

– Hawaii

– Alaska

– Guam

– Puerto Rico

– U.S. Virgin Islands

– American Samoa

– Northern Mariana Islands

Customers from these regions will be charged a shipping fee based on distance, courier availability, and package weight.

5. Order Tracking and Notifications

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and instructions.

You can track your order directly via the courier’s official website.

In rare cases, tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

If your tracking number does not work or seems delayed, please allow additional time or contact customer service.

6. Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address information.

If a package is returned due to an invalid address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If you suspect your package is lost or has been marked as ‘delivered’ but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.

We are not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery unless shipping insurance was purchased.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not support international shipping outside the United States.
