Amaxons Refund & Return Policy
1. General Overview
At Amaxons, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable after-sales experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or encounter product issues, we offer a fair refund and return service.
This policy applies to orders placed on the official Amaxons website and is limited to U.S. domestic shipments.
2. Return Eligibility
– Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery;
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories included;
– Items must not show signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage;
– The original order number and purchaser’s account information are required;
– For bundled items, the complete set must be returned.
3. Non-returnable Items
– Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, socks, swimwear);
– Opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products;
– Food, beverages, or consumables;
– Disposable items (e.g., face masks, sanitary products);
– Products marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-returnable’;
– Items damaged through misuse, or that are no longer in sellable condition;
– Gift cards, coupons, and promotional giveaways.
4. Shipping Fees & Responsibility
Shipping costs vary depending on the reason for return:
– For non-quality issues (e.g., personal preference), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You may use your own label or request a prepaid one from us (label cost will be deducted from the refund);
– For defective items or incorrect shipments, Amaxons covers the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label;
– A valid tracking number is required for all return packages. In case of lost shipments, please contact the carrier or our support team for assistance.
5. Return Process
1) Submit Request: Contact [[email protected]] within 14 days of receipt with your order number, reason for return, and product photos if applicable;
2) Await Approval: Our support team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and return label if applicable;
3) Ship Back: Return the item using your preferred courier or the provided Amaxons return label;
4) Inspection & Refund: After the item is received, we will inspect it within 2–5 business days and process your refund. Refunds will be returned via your original payment method (processing times vary by bank or payment provider).
6. Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. To switch to another size, color, or item, please return the original and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
– Order number;
– Photos of the item and packaging;
– A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or full refund at no extra cost to you upon verification.
8. Additional Notes
– Please ensure return items are securely packaged. Amaxons is not liable for damage caused during return transit;
– Discounts or coupons used in the original order will not be refunded or reissued;
– If your order includes a free gift, it must be returned together with the item. Failure to do so will result in the gift’s value being deducted from your refund.
