Ideal for properly prepared new or previously painted horizontal wood, incidental metal, concrete basement floors, patios, breezeways, decks, steps, and porches. Do not use on below grade concrete floors laid directly on damp or water-bearing surfaces. Not recommended for use on garage floors or carports that are subject to tire traffic.
