 1. Application and Acceptance of the Terms

4.4 Any action conducted under your account, including posting, subscription, payment, or agreement acceptance, shall be considered authorized.

4.5 Sharing your account or enabling access by unauthorized individuals may cause irreparable damage to us and is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination without liability.

5. User Obligations

6.3 Examples of violations include but are not limited to use of stolen credit cards, submission of false data, or activities posing legal risk.

6.5 Serious violations may be recorded publicly and shared with our affiliates.

6.6 Users found in breach on other platforms may also be restricted on Amaxons.

6.7 You agree to indemnify Amaxons for all damages, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms.

6.8 We disclaim all responsibility for unlawful, fraudulent, or defamatory content posted by Users. You bear all risks associated with such content.

7. Transactions

7.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

7.2 We shall not be liable for losses resulting from the use or storage of products purchased on the Website.

7.3 We comply with PCI DSS standards to protect cardholder data.

7.4 Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability
